- Service-Related Refunds
We aim to ensure client satisfaction. If you’re not happy with our services at any point, we encourage you to reach out to us. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and may offer a revision or adjustment, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Design Services: Once design concepts and ideas have been delivered, refunds are not available. However, we are happy to work with you to make revisions based on feedback during the design process.
- Consultation Services: If you are dissatisfied with an initial consultation, a full refund can be processed within [7-14 days] of the service, provided no work or designs have been started. After this period, no refund will be granted.
- Renovation and Installation Services: As these services are customized based on the client’s requirements, cancellations or refunds are not available once work has commenced. Any changes in scope after the agreement will be subject to additional charges.
- Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Commencement: You may cancel your project at any time before the commencement of services. A full refund (minus any deposit or consultation fees) will be issued.
- After Project Commencement: Once the project has begun, refunds are not provided. However, if there is a valid issue with our services or work, we will make necessary corrections or adjustments.
- Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking with Jamshedpur Interio. This deposit secures the project timeline and resources. The amount and terms will be outlined in your agreement.
- If the project is canceled by you after payment, the deposit will not be refunded. Any payments made after the deposit are subject to the cancellation terms mentioned above.
- Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in special circumstances, such as:
- Significant delays in completing work without prior notice.
- Work that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications after revisions.
In such cases, a partial refund or credit may be offered, subject to review of the situation.

- Refund Processing Time
